The CARMAC make WP100 – 100 KG Welding Positioner with Torch Stand is a compact, robust, and highly efficient solution designed to improve welding quality, safety, and productivity in fabrication shops. With a 100 kg load capacity, 400 mm face plate, and precision M10 T-slots, it ensures secure clamping and stable handling of circular and fabricated components. The positioner features VFD-controlled variable rotation speed from 0.2 to 2 RPM and a motorized 0–90° tilt, allowing the workpiece to be positioned ergonomically for consistent, high-quality welds.

The system is built as a fully automatic unit using contactor logic, equipped with an operator pendant for both manual and automatic operation. In auto mode, pressing the Cycle Start push button initiates the welding cycle, where the face plate rotates smoothly until the overlap position is achieved, then automatically returns to the home position and stops, ensuring repeatable and controlled welding cycles. Suitable for applications such as pipe welding, pressure vessels, LPG tanks, and circular assemblies, the WP100 reflects CARMAC Technologies’ expertise in welding manipulation and reliable shop-floor solutions.
